Citizens to Citizens (C2C) is a development organization dedicated to empowering communities through the authentic transfer of power. By collaborating with various alliances and partners, C2C aims to enhance the capacity of both formal and informal community groups, civil society organizations, international NGOs, public sector entities, and other development partners.

Consortium of Networking and Development (COND)
As a member of this consortium, C2C engages in collaborative efforts to address humanitarian issues and improve development outcomes.
Humanitarian International & National NGOs (HINGO Network)
C2C is also affiliated with humanitarian organizations that are supported by the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UNOCHA). This partnership facilitates resource sharing and coordinated responses to humanitarian needs.
Partnership with Demera
Citizens to Citizens (C2C) recently has established a partnership with Digital Enlightenment for Modern Ethiopian Reforms and Aspirations (DEMERA), located in Arnhem, Netherlands.
